specialising in traditional brokerage and portfolio management services to retail and professional
clients.

As our team is expanding, we are looking to hire a 1C: Enterprise Developer.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and continuous upgrades of the Employer’s software systems to help businesses
be more efficient and provide a better service;
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes;
• Beta-testing the software systems in controlled environment;
• Amendments and upgrades to systems on the schedule or ad-hoc basis;
• Preparation of manuals for users and make trainings for a new software systems;
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running;
• Make proposals on improvement of the existing and introduction of new systems and
software;
• Working closely with Head of IT Department;
• Liaising closely with departments of the Company;
• Execution of Executive Management orders;
• The list of duties is not exhaustive and may include the other IT tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Experience in development on platform 1C:Enterprise, minimum 2 years;
• Αbility to understand someone else’s code;
• Αbility to comprehend and solve complex problems;
• Αbility to work both according to the schedule and in emergency mode;
• Desire to work and good repute;
• Fluency in Russian.
• Experience in a financial company;
• Experience with other programming languages;
• Database administration skills.
