OneState is a hardcore mobile MMO based on Unity in a realistic open-world setting.
If you want to get into an involved team, work on interesting tasks with a minimum of bureaucracy, and regularly hear honest feedback, then we are on our way!
What we want to see:
Work experience of at least a year in game development;
Rich gaming experience in hardcore/midcore F2P projects on mobile and PC. Experience in MMO projects;
It is good to understand the principles and basic approach in F2P monetization. Experience of close interaction with monetization on the project, through analytics;
Knowledge of the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
Masterly command of Python and SQL for data analysis.
Additionally, it will be cool if you have:
Hardcore experience of playing MMO projects// Experience as a clan leader in MMO;
Experience working with monetization on a project in analytics. Active iterations on evaluating content/promotions/features and constant team contributions;
Work experience as a game designer/monetization manager, or in similar positions;
Work experience with. AB tests. From the design of the test, to the final analysis and the choice of methodology;
Experience working with time series forecasting. Experience in ML modeling.

What are you going to do:
In-depth research on user behavior;
Analysis of new features in the project, and recommendations for their improvements;
Intensive work with monetization, evaluation of content, promotions and offers. Analytics of payment behavior. Recommendations for the monetization team;
Generation of A/B Hypotheses, conducting and launching A/B tests;
Generation of product hypotheses. Search for insights in data;
Creating dashboard reports for the team.
