DOTO is a trading platform that provide financial and investment solutions for both retail and corporate clients.

We have a licence in Seychelles and Mauritius and pending licences in Cyprus and South Africa.

We are looking for Dealer for our new Forex project with relocation to Cyprus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring the FX, CFDs trading portfolio, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures;
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms;
• Monitor company’s exposure;
• Providing key parties with daily trading statistics;
• Maintaining close relationships with Liquidity and Data Providers;
• Maintaining deal recording and PnL on a daily basis;
• Prepare reports for the Management;
• Monitoring reception and transmission of orders to ensure proper execution for both, clients with the company and company with liquidity providers;
• Developing and optimizing eFX pricing and execution strategies;
• Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers and execute clients’ trades;
• Applying and monitoring the Company's “Order Execution Policy” and “Best Execution Policy”;
• Quoting, confirming, and transmitting client trades in line with the company’s policy and procedures;
• Identify and respond to any possible fraudulent trading activity or suspicious activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Maths or other related fields;
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is a must;
• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 or any other trading software;
• Excellent command of the English and Russian language;
• Very good numerical and analytical skills;
• A genuine interest in the financial markets;
• Knowledge of SQL will be considered as an advantage;
• CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage (or willing to pass an exam in the first 6 months).
