Vacancy: Business Analyst 

Location: Remote

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably) in one of the following areas:
• IT (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields)
• Business (Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance)
• or equivalent work experience
• A business analysis course is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in the gambling industry is preferred
• Experience as a systems analyst is a plus
• Knowledge of business analysis tools such as BPMN, UML, etc.
• Experience with SQL queries and working with databases
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with Atlassian products
• English level: B1-B2
• Technical skills
• Expertise in business analysis tools
• Familiarity with various software development methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements and break them down into system requirements
• Conduct initial testing and formalize hypotheses
• Collect and document requirements from users and business departments
• Create technical specifications for development
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to achieve project goals effectively
• Prioritize tasks and projects to optimize workflows
